The Water Quality Store has been my go-to support for my hot tub for going on 8 years. Bryan recommends the water testing selections, as well as the water clarification ingredients to keep my hot tub waters clean and pure all year long. And when I occasionally travel for lengthy times, Bryan even shows me how to remove all of the water (even from hidden places in the tub), so that I can shut down the tub while I'm away. The best part is, even though I had the tub on my deck already when I walked in, Bryan treated me as if I had bought it from him originally. I instantly became one of the family, so to speak.
